Threefold Gsm Gin Shiraz Mourvedre Gin 500ml

We spent some time under the sun in the vines hand picking Shiraz & Mourvédre grapes. The grapes were then macerated in our award winning Aromatic Gin to reach optimum colour, texture and flavour. The grapes were then separated from the gin so they could be pressed to extract every last drop of juice.

Threefold GSM is a blend of Gin, Adelaide Hills Shiraz and McLaren Vale Mourvédre. The Shiraz provides depth and complexity whilst the Mourvédre adds bright and juicy notes.

Adelaide Hills Shiraz 91% (Christmas Hill vineyard, Kuitpo) McLaren Vale Mourvédre 9% (Tarwilla vineyard, Sellicks Hill).

Best served with tonic, bitter lemon or mix it up in a Gin Sour.
