Tim Adams Shiraz is a classic Clare Valley red from one of the region's most respected winemakers. Deep crimson in colour, this Shiraz delivers rich aromas of blackberry, plum, dark cherries and subtle hints of chocolate and spice.
The palate is generous and full-bodied, with layers of dark berry fruits, a touch of peppery spice and well-integrated oak. Smooth, structured tannins carry through to a long, satisfying finish with excellent balance and depth.
A versatile drop that pairs beautifully with grilled lamb, slow-cooked beef or a hearty cheese platter. Enjoyable now, but will reward cellaring for up to 10 years.
