Togouchi Premium Blended Whisky 700ml

Created by blending Scotch malt whiskey with Canadian grain whiskey, vatting it and then allowing it to age for 8 years in a tunnel deep in the mountainous region of Nishi Chugoku Sanchi, Japan, Togouchi Premium Blended Whisky is a light whiskey that is ideal as an introductory offering for those new to Japanese blends. Like most Japanese blends, it is dominated by sweetness with coconut taking the lead and just slight hints of caramel and exotic fruits giving it a surprisingly refreshing twist. There are touches of malt and peat present but it takes a truly sensitive palate to notice them.
