"Greco is a grape that’s growing on us and we’re thrilled there is a little bit more to play around with of late. As always, the best thing about this Greco is the phenolic grip, so we’ve dialled up the skin contact a bit more this year. Bright orange peel, yellow peach and a subtly integrated oxidative character in the background that has shades of Oloroso to it. It’s awesome to have a wine like this in the sheds. Lovely furry, green apple tannins and an awesome blood orange tang with a spritzy acidity. Maybe the best amber wine we’ve made yet - sorry Esoterico heads - but this feels like some of the great Italian benchmarks. Stoked!"
