Vasse Felix Cane Cut Semillon 375ml

This wine is made from Semillon utilizing the Cane Cut method, which involves detaching each fruiting cane from the vine. Until the fruit has dried and concentrated in flavor and sugar, the bunches are kept hanging in the fall breeze. During this time, great care was taken to ensure that the fruit stayed healthy and that precise concentration levels were obtained. Prior to extraction, the fruit and juice were macerated in the press for 18 hours. French oak was used to ferment and age the wine.
