This release is meticulously distilled and matured, showcasing the harmonious combination of rich ex-tawny French Oak casks and American Oak casks. The result is a delightful flavor profile boasting enticing hints of poached pear, sultanas, and brown sugar syrup, elegantly layered with the indulgent essence of hot custard. With an alcohol content of 48%, the brininess from the oceanic influence enhances and balances the sweetness, while also providing a captivating complexity to the oak notes.
