Westland Garryana 700ml

Westland Garryana is named after the Garryana or Garry Oak as it is more commonly called. This a tree that is native to and only grows in the Pacific Northwest of the United States and other than at Westland it is almost completely unknown as a barrel material in the whiskey industry. More brittle and with a unique tannin profile The Garry Barrels make Westland Garryana a one of a kind dram that is a golden sun kissed amber and has a nose full of brown sugar and cocoa. Equally unique is its flavour profile which is savoury and rich with dark chocolate and wood smoke riding on a hint of medicinal herbs.
