Willie Smith Spirits Pommeau De Tasmanie 700ml

Our Pommeau is more than just a standard liqueur. It is a tribute to the rich traditions of France, where we artfully blend fresh heritage cider apple juice with our very own apple brandy.

Employing a Solera barrel-aging system, we utilize multiple large barrels and draw fractions from the oldest product for bottling, in addition to adding fresh juice and brandy with each apple harvest. This technique ensures a consistently delicious yet continuously evolving liqueur.

After a prolonged period of aging in barrel, a refined and delicate Pommeau emerges. This sophisticated beverage is complex, well-structured, and highlights sweet baked apple and spice flavors, complemented by firm cider apple tannins and cask influence.

In France, it is commonly served as an Aperitif, but here in Tasmania, we enjoy it whenever the mood strikes us.
