Wolf Of The Willows is a family owned independent brewery in Mordialloc on Melbourne's bayside, and the S'mores-Man series is where the team lets the dessert beers run. This is the Rocky Road edition, one of several flavour variations built on the same barrel aged milk stout base.

It arrives with whisky aged swagger, the time in oak lending warmth and a soft spirit character underneath. Over the top come the rocky road flavours the name promises: chocolate, cherry, marshmallow and a nutty streak of mischief.

The milk stout base keeps everything full and creamy rather than thin, and the lactose rounds off the roast. Treat it as an after dinner beer, poured into a small glass and sipped slowly.
