Wynns Black Label Cabernet Shiraz 2024 750ml

The Black Label range is Wynns Coonawarra Estate's benchmark tier, and this Cabernet Shiraz revives the classic Australian claret blend that helped build the region's name. Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz are drawn from the estate's terra rossa vineyards, the red soil over limestone that lends Coonawarra reds their earthy, structured character.

Cabernet leads the way here, bringing dark berry fruit, mint, thyme and a graphite-like dusting, while Shiraz fills the middle with juicy red berries and a cool-climate lift. Ripe plum and red cherry mingle with bay leaf and tobacco through a medium-bodied palate, closing on a svelte, feathery finish with fine tannins.
