Yarra Burn Premium Cuvée is blended from select parcels of classic sparkling varieties sourced from premium Victorian Vineyards. A pre-dominance of cool-climate fruit ensures elegance of structure and longevity. Coupled with extended maturation, this wine displays heightened depth and complexity. This premium Sparkling displays lifted strawberry and citrus fruit aromas, complemented with fresh yeast. The palate is soft and round with great length and depth, exhibiting nuances of sea brine, brioche and mushroom with a crisp and natural finish.
