Handcrafted in the Adelaide Hills, Gunnery is a true expression of the Australian character. A spiced white rum that eschews botanicals and artificial flavourings in favour of natural, native ingredients, it is a refined rum that gets better with every tasting. Cinnamon myrtle shines through with touches of citrus, chocolate and vanilla joining in. It finishes with a hazelnut ting that is enhanced by the slight sweetness of bush honey and Australian demerara sugar. An ideal mixer for Mojitos but best served more simply with just a splash of ginger ale or ginger beer and a slice of lime.
