Cantina Cerveza is Mr Banks Brewing Co.'s tribute to the Mexican-style lager, brewed in Melbourne for ultimate ease of drinking. Premium malt is paired with flaked maize for a soft, dry body, then lifted with Loral and Motueka hops that lend a fresh lime-like character without needing the wedge.
It pours bright pale gold with a fluffy white head, leading with subtle citrus and grain aromatics. The palate is light, crisp and clean, with restrained bitterness keeping the focus on refreshment and a snappy, dry finish that resets the palate for the next sip.
