A blending of raw Sydney produced white rum and 5 year old Caribbean Gold Rum Brix is anything but a common spiced rum. it is seasoned with vanilla, cinnamon, grapefruit rind and a variety of native Australian spices. Delicate in nature but still having backbone it can be served neat with a slice of lime, used in an espresso martini, thrown in a Mule or any other citrus-infused cocktail all with equally wonderful results. Bottled at 40% ABV.
