Crafted through a collaborative effort between Jim McEwan, a highly acclaimed Master Distiller from Scotland, and Eddie Brook, Co-founder and distiller of Cape Byron Distillery, this Australian variant of a renowned Scottish whisky represents a remarkable and distinctive expression of the Byron Bay region’s terroir. Featuring Viognier wine casks procured from Inkwell wines, a McLaren Vale-based producer of organic wines, this bottling is a limited edition consisting of a mere 1,100 units. Notable for its flavors of stewed apple and spice, buttered croissant, mocha, papaya and charred peach, this whisky is undoubtedly one-of-a-kind.
