Casual Fridays is a California West Coast IPA from Banks Brewing, a small, family-owned independent brewery in Seaford, in Melbourne's outer south-east. Founded by Chris and Penny Farmer and named after the family dog, Banks has been brewing small-batch, hop-forward beers since 2016, with a focus on balance and drinkability.

True to the West Coast style, it is crisp, lean and snappy. Tropical hop character leads with passionfruit, pineapple and grapefruit, backed by classic resin and pine and hints of stone fruit and kiwifruit.

A clean, piney malt base keeps everything dry rather than sweet, making this a laid-back, sun-soaked take on the style and an easy way to mark the end of the week.
