Don Papa Baroko Philippines 700ml

Don Papa Baroko is made on the island of Negros, Philippines. It is distilled from molasses known locally as "black gold", the black gold quo comes from one of the many local mills on the island. It is then aged for several years in American oak barrels. Our Master Blender then selects the most expressive barrels, those that reveal the strongest vanilla and fruit notes. To this blend is added a little bit of local sugar cane for gourmet flavours. It is then cold filtered and bottled at 40°.

Nose: powerful, vanilla, citrus, oak.
Palate: creamy, vanilla, honey, candied fruits.
Finish: long, persistent, spicy oak.
