Lenton Brae South Side Chardonnay 750 ml

Fermented wild, raised in new and seasoned French oak, naturally settled and bottled unfiltered. The key here is a mixture of Chardonnay clones – Margaret River’s emblematic Gin Gin (renowned for richness and almost buttered popcorn flavours) is complemented by an array of French clones, which give nuance and aromatics. A saline backbone, tightly wound, continues to build dimensions with further time in bottle. Spice, smoke, lime, butter all make appearances. Complex, bright and fruit driven.
