Our first product is named after the base material. It is made from, "Saccharum officinarum" more commonly known as Sugar cane.

This is a Pure Single Cane Spirit that is unaged and derives all its flavour from the fermentation and distillation process. Unlike a traditional aged rum where most of the flavour comes from the barrel that it would be aged in. Simply made from molasses, yeast, nutrients, water and local wildlings. Nothing added post distillation except pure H2O.
