Red Hen Gin is crafted in the Adelaide CDB in small batches using native botanicals in the traditional London Dry Style. Red Hen Ultra Violet Dry Gin is a 42% ABV, well-rounded Australian dry gin with a light oily Juniper texture and delicate spicy notes that shine through with coriander and pepper, followed by a mellow sweetness to finish on the back of vanilla and Cinnamomum cassia. The final step of the distillation process sees Red Hen Ultra Violet Dry Gin steeped in Butterfly Pea flower, which gives it a brooding, all-natural and iconic purple colour.
