Sourced from the esteemed Drumborg Vineyard in the Henty region of south-west Victoria, our Riesling is a prominent member of Seppelt's renowned Drumborg vineyard range. First planted by Karl Seppelt in 1964, the Drumborg vineyard is celebrated for its cool climate and exceptional single vineyard wines that showcase the pure and captivating essence of this unique location.

Riesling, the inaugural grape variety planted at Drumborg, stands as one of Seppelt's most sought-after white wines, esteemed for its untainted character, profound flavors, and impressive aging potential. Employing traditional winemaking techniques, including cool tank fermentation and a brief period of lees maturation, we are able to extract the truest expression of the vineyard.
