Sheep Dog is an American peanut butter whiskey liqueur that helped kick off the whole category, pairing a whiskey base with a thick, confectionery-sweet peanut butter character.
Peanut butter, vanilla and caramel corn lead the aroma, with butterscotch emerging as it sits in the glass. The entry is syrupy and candy sweet, building through caramel and creamy peanut butter to notes of milk chocolate, a pinch of sea salt and a suggestion of peanut brittle.
