A petite batch union, emanating from the esteemed 12-year old American Oak casks of Hellyers Road Distillery and premium aged 5-year old Port casks, offers a delightful blend of honeycomb, sea salted bread and orange zest enhanced by a herbal weave. It serves as an ideal replacement for the erstwhile admirers of Hellyers Road Original 12-year old. The entire process, ranging from mashing and fermenting to bottling, is executed on site.

Delighting with a delicate complexity, this single malt intertwines honeycomb and marmalade with herbal notes of green leaf and orange blossom, culminating in a distinctively sweet and floral flavor profile.

Tasting Notes:

Nose – A blend of green leaf, tea, marmalade, salted bread and honeycomb is discernible.

Palate – Notes of pretzel and raisin toast transcend into orange blossom oils.
