Handcrafted through a traditional small batch copper pot still to meticulously follow a 7th generation family recipe. Extremely rare and limited. Deep mature oak with faint hints of dried apples and raisins, complemented with rye spices with a touch of vanilla and toffee. The palate is full of rich oak with hints of vanilla, toffee and lingering rye spices. The finish is sweet and refreshing.
