Former high school chemistry teacher Damien Anderson and his wife Amanda launched Tiny Bear Distillery in Melbourne's outer suburbs in 2018, born of a desire to follow their dreams. Tiny comes from using hand-selected raw ingredients for every batch and some people believe that Damien looks like a bear (or we might be telling porky pies - best ask the distiller when you meet him). Tiny Bear Distillery The Doctor is a 42% ABV hand-crafted gin that's produced with Vietnamese mint, Sage, Dill, fresh Basil, cinnamon and Hibiscus, with these herbal and floral aromas blending beautifully with the smooth, sweet juniper flavours across the palate and a crisp finish.
