Nose: Fresh and greedy, it evolves on fresh fruits (peach) and citrus fruits. More pastry notes then arrive accompanied by flambeed banana and orange blossom.
Taste: On the palate we find this fruity and lemony character, for this whiskey always warm with beautiful floral notes. It evolves towards spices, ginger, pepper, coated with honey.
Finish: Cereals appear for an elegant and warm finish, with buckwheat cookies on a bitter orange note.
