Kujira Ryukyu 15 Year Old Single Grain Japanese Whisky is distilled from 100% premium rice and matured in Sherry, Bourbon and American White Oak Casks for more than 15 years, giving a mellow taste and silky texture to this exquisite whisky. The subtropical climate in Okinawa provides a warm and humid storage condition that accelerates the maturation process. This environment creates subtle fruity and botanical flavors with intense texture, enhancing the uniqueness of Ryukyu Whisky.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Dried plums, candied fruits, with mints and chocolate aromas.
Taste: Sweet elements such as chocolate, vanilla, and honey giving a pleasant taste, followed with spices, slight smoky flavors and toasty breads.
