Mountain Oak Single Malt 700ml

MOUNTAIN Oak Single Malt is created using 100% locally grown malted barley and is matured using MOUNTAIN's proprietary maturation technology.Sourced directly from the central highlands of Victoria, we have selected the perfect blend of American and French Oak Shiraz barrels and partially re-charred each stave to our custom MOUNTAIN profile.With the wood itself ranging between 20 and 30 years old, we breathe new life into the oak and allow both the new charring and previously red wine soaked wood characters to integrate together. This in turn delivers marmalade and jam-like fruit characters intertwined with vanilla and spice.
